Colin has spent much of his career assisting middle market companies from a financial and strategic standpoint. Prior to joining Gleason, Colin was an Associate with Inverness Graham, a $500 million growth oriented, middle-market private equity fund. Colin also worked at a turnaround investment banking firm, Phoenix Capital Resources, and at PNC Financial Services in its corporate lending group.
