My interest in business began 35 years ago post biology BA when a sales position instilled a desire to broaden my skills from technical systems to sales strategy and profit performance. I completed my MBA and became a founding stockholder of five different businesses that started with zero revenue and grew to dominate their market niche. I negotiated my exits as leader and stockholder from each entity after five to eight years. A Habitual short termer. To this day, each venture is still operational and collectively employing hundreds in public and private ownership.

These entrepreneurial accomplishments allowed me to master the final piece of the business puzzle; managing a successful team that works together to accomplish a goal.
