Jason Ward is a discrete business broker with first-hand experience from the buying side.
CFO, Controller, External Auditor, Internal Auditor, and Consultant. Jason has been called many things in his career with startup companies and billion-dollar corporations alike.
Jason’s aim with TruView is to bring the best practices he learned by being involved in several mergers and acquisitions in the corporate world – to Main Street businesses.
A proponent of continuing professional education to this day, Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Accounting & Taxation from the University of Hartford. He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Professional (CM&AP), CPA, and an active member of three organizations: International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), M&A Source, and Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB).
He has lived in Houston, Texas since 2006.
